Devo Productions LLC ("we," "us") operates this website and the Scriptorium service. We keep this site simple, and we collect very little.
What we collect on this website
Nothing by default, beyond what the network needs
This site has no accounts, no forms, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking cookies. Like any website, our network provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. This is kept in logs for security and reliability.
If you email us
If you write to us at one of our addresses (for example to request a demo), we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you tell us. We use it to reply, to arrange a demo, and to keep a record of our conversation. Our email is handled through Cloudflare Email Routing and a mailbox provider.
Third-party content on this page
- Photographs are loaded from Unsplash, which receives the same technical details.
We do not use these to track you, and we do not combine them with any other information.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own. When you sign in to the application, a separate strictly-necessary session cookie is used there; see the Service Privacy Policy.
How we use information
To operate and secure the website, to respond to people who contact us, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that run the site and our email (such as Cloudflare), with professional advisers where needed, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Network logs are kept briefly by our provider. Emails we exchange with you are kept while we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a regulator.
Children
This website is intended for school staff and administrators. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for material changes we will say so on this page.
